Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed on July 7, 2022, Redstone @ Home Hospice was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited and to be in compliance with the requirements of 42CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced on-site State Re-Licensure and Medicare Recertification completed on February 9, 2022.
